Prevent Entity Contact from opening Modal otherwise Mega Menus do not work

Description If I open an Entity (Customer/Vendor) and then open a Contact, it opens that Entity Contact screen modal and none of the Mega Menus work. The issue with this is it prevents me from viewing/comparing 2 Entity Contact screens at the same time. There are times where you may have a duplicate or want to compare one contact from a company to another and this is preventing that.   Another issues with the Entity screen is with the Terms drill down. In the Sales menu, open Customers > then drill Terms on the Customer tab to open the Terms screen. Now you will notice none of the mege menus work including the new "Screens" menu in the Header menu.
