Add a Language combo box to the Entity screen for Customers and Vendors.
* The data for this comes from the Language screen.
* This should default to "English" for all existing and new entities.
* English should also be a default and previously added to the Language screen when companies upgrade to 18.1.
* Do this in Vendor, Shipping Line, Forwarding Agent, Broker and Insurer screens.
