*Steps To Reproduce:*
Step 1: Go to Transports> Transport Load > New
Step 2: Create Transport Load using Terminal to Customer
Step 3: Enter The Receipt Link.
Step 4: Save and Post
*Issue:*
An error has encountered due to Tax Group was not automatically populated when item in Distribution Detail is entered.
*Accepted:*
Tax Group should be automatically populated when item in Distribution Detail is entered
