So I was able to import the file but the import failed
I have attached a file I use to test in our Production Environment
I first imported this in to 17.3 Prod and it failed [https://qc.irely.com/PROD1730/i21/#login]
I then use the same file and imported into 17.1 Prod and it worked [https://qc.irely.com/PROD1730/i21/#menu/AR]
Please Correct the fail (also I did not receive and error log to indicate what was wrong)
I attached the same file I used in our production data bases
