Description * Activities may be logged in many different places in the software. Such as: ** Adding Sales Activities to CRM Opporutnities ** Collections Notes on an Invoice ** Collections Notes on a Customer Level ** Updating Recurring Invoices for cancellination of UGD services. ** Bad Check on Payment Detail ** Price Override justification on an Invoice ** Manual Activities added in CRM not linked to anything. * Having visibility to all Entity related activities on one screen will ensure that key information is available to anyone talking to a customer. ** Currently, only Activities created from the Entity screen show up. ** A user would need to go to any source record to find this activitiy. * Add Columns for Source Type and Record No with Drill down to Source Record if Activiity was entered outside of the Entity Screen.
