*Background:* Pinkerton Oil would like to be able associate one customer with multiple sales people
The goal is to be able to:
* Look up customers by Sales Person and see
* Two sales people will never be on the same order or opportunity
* Sales reports can now be run by sales person without this change
* Sales people should be able to be associated with one or many lines of business at the entity level
