Add Entiy Type "Both" to selection choice on Entity Type field.
Today, the dropdown lists Customer and Vendor. Each selection will make the split exclusive to the selected choice. If Customer is selected the split will only be available if the entity is selected for a Customer field. Example, in Ticket Management only Customers are used in a Load Out ticket type.
If the Entity type field is blank, the Split is available for Customer and Vendor fields. This is confusing to users and unknown since there is not any instructions on the page to let the user know that blank is used for both. I suggest that the blank choice be removed and Both added to indicate the both that the Split can be used for both the Customer and Vendor.
