Customer: issues with Pricing field

Description Encountered in 15.2.0507.289.   + *Steps* +:   1 - create a customer record then navigate to Customer tab > Detail tab   2 - select one of the options in Pricing combo box list   + *Issue* +:   1 - Pricing did not default to None   2 - the field opposite the Pricing field is not displayed.   + *Acceptance* +:   1 - field should default to None   2 - show the correct field opposite it.
