When trying to run the vendor import from Origin under System Manager>Utilities>Origin Conversions, the utility does not finish.
In the case of the customer mentioned, we let it run for a couple hours and it did not finish. You can take a backup of their DB or use either TE or TE2 on their server. There are only 1200 records total so it shouldn't take terribly long to import them.
