New entity phone number is NOT displayed Employee Entity screen.
*STEPS TO RECREATE:*
# Payroll Menu > Employees
# Click *New* button
# Fill in Enity screen
# Fill in required fields in Employee > Detail tab
# Click *Template* button
# Click *Yes* in pop up screen
{color:#ff0000} *ISSUE:* {color}
Pop up message just goes away when Yes is clicked
{color:#008000} *ACCEPTANCE:* {color}
Employee Template List screen should be displayed

Message comes up that all information will be overwritten - click Yes - and the message just goes away

Click Template again, message comes up again, click yes again and the template list comes up
