Description Encountered in 15.2.0503.269.   + *Steps* +:   Scenario 1:   1 - Open an Entity Contact with no portal access.   2 - Check the Portal Access checkbox then navigate to Portal Permissions tab. Issue #1 encountered.   3 - Save then close the new reocrd.   4 - Reopen the same same record then navigate to Portal Permissions tab. Issue #2 encountered.   Scenario 2:   1 - Open an Entity Contact with no portal access.   2 - Click New button then enter the necessary details. Save.   2 - Check the Portal Access checkbox then navigate to Portal Permissions tab. Issue #1 encountered.   3 - Save then close the new reocrd.   4 - Reopen the same same record then navigate to Portal Permissions tab. Issue #2 encountered.   + *Issues* +:   1 - The menu grid is blank.   !pastedImage_d36377_0.png! 2 - The Help Desk menus are not checked.   + *Acceptance* +:   1 - Show the contact menus.   2 - If User Type is User, the Help Desk menus should be checked by default.
