We need to make the following changes to the User Profile tab.
*Email tab*
# Reorganize the fields by grouping them in panels. The screen has already been updated but we need to check that everyting is still working.

*Signatures tab*
# There is a new Signature screen in the System Manager that will handle creating and managing all signatures. So we can remove the existing Signature field from this tab.

# We will move to combo boxes to select from existing signatures for the user.
# Signatures should be private to each user. This will be enforced in the Signature screen as each signature will be automatically assigned to the user who created it.
# Create the following 4 signature combo boxes.
## New Messages is used when creating a new outgoing email from i21. This will tie into the the frameworks Activities tab for emails.
## Reply Messages is used for when replying to emails from i21. This will tie into the the frameworks Activities tab for emails.
## Help Desk will be used with the Help Desk module for signatures on all tickets for the user.
## Electronic Signature can be used to assign a hand written signature for Contracts, Checks, Purchase Orders, etc.
# Each of the combo boxes should include a drill down to open the Signature screen filtered to that signature.
# By using combo boxes to pull a signature from the Signatures screen we can also use Control Permissions to secure these if needed.
# Add a "Signatures" button in the toolbar to open the Signatures screen filtered to only show that users signatures.
