The reason for a Vendor Pricing table is so that users can enter Purchase Orders without having to know the price of an item as it is stored in the database.
Also the user might have a price negotiated for a specific amount of time, but not have a contract involved.
The Vendor Pricing Table should hold the following information so that prices can be defaulted on the Purchase Order:

|Vendor Location|Optional|Uses the list of locations from the entity. This allows us to have different prices for different vendor locations. If this is blank then the vendor pricing will be used on all vendor locations| |
|Item No.|Required|This is a list of all items| |
|Item Description|N/A|This is autofilled when Item No. Is selected
| |
|Item UOM|Required|This is a drop down populated by the items setup UOMs| |
|Begin Date|Required|This is the date that the specific price starts being defaulted on the Purchase Order. | |
|End Date|Required|This is the date the specific price stops being defaulted on the P.O.| |
|Price/Unit|Required|This is the Price that is defaulted on the Cost field of the Purchase Order| |
*Logic:*
* If there is no Vendor Pricing for an Item setup, the price of the item should be defaulted to the last purchase price if there is one. If neither of those conditions are met, then it should not default any pricing
* Two records for the same item can be setup on this table, but the dates cannot overlap.
