Under Entity number add another field External ERP ID.
This is needed so that JDE can store the SAP ID for the entities. For e.g. JDE SAP system has numbers (e.g. 45678) as their used id. In i21 system they want users to use email id since it is more user friendly. However they want their SAP user id to be captured as part of our user configuration. This is required everytime when we need to communicate any data to the SAP system.
