CLONE - Ticket Management Splits - One split setup for both Customer and Vendors

Description Entity that have Splits created but have not selected an Entity Type should be available in Ticket Management as both a Vendor and Customer (all ticket types).   Today using a Load In ticket, the split would need to be setup as a Vendor for the split to be visable on the Split dropdown. In the example below, the Split No: 50/50 does not have an Entity Type which causes that split to be unavailable for a Load In ticket.   v16.3.1122.289   !pastedImage_d66370_0.png!   !pastedImage_d66370_1.png!
