Description Encountered in 15.2.0429.256.   + *Steps* +:   1 - open a contact with no portal access.   2 - check the Portal Access checkbox.   3 - navigate to Portal Permissions.   + *Issue* +:   - User Type is blank.   + *Acceptance* +:   - it should default to User.
