Contact: 'Failed to send Email' prompts even if the email is sent

Description Encountered in 15.2.0429.256.   *+Steps+* :   1 - Open a Contact. Make sure there is a valid Email and Portal Access is checked.   2 - Click the Email Login button.   + *Issue* +:   - the 'Failed to Send Email' message prompts, but when you check your email the notification is sent.   !pastedImage_d36262_0.png! + *Acceptance* +:   - if the notification is successfully sent then it should show the correct message.
