1) Lets not allow the user to add the record without checking for duplicates - so lets remove the add button and change the close to close both screens
also - run the searches for name information , contact info ,phone ... speparately.
when I enter an address in the search it finds no duplicates but if I search for 777777 only it does find duplicates
when we add additional information less data should not come up.
if you search and it finds duplicates in any of hte following fields:
name
Contact
Phone
Email
Address1
then results should return
