New Entity Contact not displayed on Contact grid and Customer Contact List

Description Encountered in 15.2.0429.256.   + *Steps* +:   1 - Open a customer record, then navigated to Contacts tab.   2 - Click the Insert button to create a new contact.   3 - Save then close the new contact.   + *Issue* +:   - the newly created customer contact is not displayed in the Contacts tab and Customer Contact List.   + *Acceptance* +:   - the contact should be displayed in the Contacts tab and Customer Contact List.
