Terminal No dropdown's potential values should be filtered by Entity Location --> Details tab --> State Province field.
If State/Province is IN, then candidate Ternimal Numbers should be all for State of IN (Indiana). Right now the dropdown is displaying all Terminal Numbers from the source table.
