+ *Steps* +:
- create a Customer record. Verify the Bill To and Ship To fields on Customer tab.
+ *Issue* +:
1 - In a newly created customer record, the Bill To and Ship To fields did not default to the primary Location.
2 - The Bill To and Ship To fields are read-only thus the user cannot assign a value to the field.
+ *Acceptance* +:
1 - By default, the Ship To and Bill To should equal to the primary/default Location of the customer.
2 - The field should be a combo box field that will allow the user to assign a value to it.
