Steps: Open Vendor screen
Issues:
1. Phone, Mobile,Account and Tax fields are accepting alpha chars
2. Email and Web fields accepts non email and web formats
3. 1099 type is set to None but I still can enter name and category

For issue #1 and #2: Fixes should also included the fields from Vendor Contact and Locations screens
