Steps:
1. Create New Panel Settings using this query:
Select vyuQMSampleList.strContractNumber From vyuQMSampleList Where vyuQMSampleList.strStatus = 'Approved' And vyuQMSampleList.strSampleTypeName = 'Arrival Center'

2. Setup Settings tab and save.
