Imported panel AP from iGuide does not display data in i21

1. Restore latest clients backup. See environment.
2. Login as user DYLAN.
3. Open dashboard panel AP.
+ *Acceptance:* +
Should be able to load and display panel records without error.

I upgraded the backup to latest 18.1.1017.436 but it still not returning data. But not in query builder. SQL only returned with 105 records running all dates.
