*Reproduction Steps:*
1. Take the Atlas Database mentioned in comment section.
2. Go to Dashboard module.
3. Open Traffic Department Tracker View.

4. Wait to load it.
5. Once it loaded with original record set scroll down to see the records loaded at last.

1. After waiting long time, we see that record is still loading only - loading is continued forever.
2. Where as in database it is taking only 3 sec to finish.

*Expected Result:*
1. Dashboard should complete loading in nearing time of database level completion.
