Using 17.1.0512.63
*Issue:*
1. Open any dash board panel.
2. Fetch records.
3. export to excel.
4. Apply filter on any date fields.
5. It did not recognize as a date field rather as text.

*Expected Result:*
1. It has to be recognized as Date field only to enable user to filter it properly.
