Add a new status to the contract sequence called Short Close. This will only be available to sequences after the sequence has been applied.
+Definitions:+
When Short Close is available: A sequence has been applied to but the balance of the sequence will not be delivered or picked up.
When Cancelled is available: A sequence was created but nothing has been applied.
+Function:+
When a sequence is created, Status will be Cancelled, Open, Unconfirmed
Once a sequence has been applied to the Status will be Short Close, Open.
Short Close will have the same function as Cancelled to other modules of i21.
+Requirement:+
Rename Cancelled to Short Close for sequences that have been applied.
When the sequence has not been applied, Status choice will be Short Close, Open.
Confirm that other modules such as Logistics, Ticket Management, Risk will not be impacted by this change.
Sequence that has not been applied. Same function as today.
