JIRA used for the Price Contract print section in the attached functional spec.
*Price contract*
1-Rename the field “Product/Basket” to Quality
2-Contract qty- Number of bags – do not show decimals for bags . Next to number of bags show the weights in round bracket (18.000 kgs)
3-Period , next to the period show what the period corresponds to in round bracket (shipment) or (delivery)
4-Price – Show the price with 2 decimals
5-Add “ Balance lots to be fixed” . For a partially priced contract, this will show the balance lots that need to be fixed
6-Remove the label additional cost
7-Seller’s signature- remove this .From JDE side only one signature will come .No apporval process needed . Countersiging is not needed.
8-JDE’s header and footer will be updated to the price fixation template.
