This JIRA is for the Contract Print section of the attached functional spec
*Contract print*
1-Physical contract is recorded in i21.
2-After comparing the prints , we need to do the following changes
a.Before date, show the location The location should default based on the user who cretaed the contract.
b.The contract has been closed on the conditions of the European contract for coffee (ECC) latest edition – add “and the particular conditions mentioned below”
c.Buyer reference number is not needed, remove it
d.Rename field “Price basis” to “Condition”
e.Next to position – Shipment , add text in round brackets (Bags/ Bulks)
f.Quantity
i.Bags – don’t show any decimals when displaying number of bags
ii.Next to number of bags add a round bracket and show the net weights. User will always enter Kg . So, it will look like 300 60 kg bags (18.000 kgs)
g.Rename label description to quality
h.Approval Term- remove this label , not needed as this is part of KDE terms
i.Documents required- remove this label, not needed as this will be specified only while sending shipping instructions
j.Remove field “payment remarks”- not needed
k.Before the signature area provide a label – Complementary conditions.
i.This wil be a text area. It will consist of 2 parts
1.A standard part which will come from contract text
2.A custom part (which can be customized per contract), which will come from printable remarks in contract screen
l.Signature area, we need to show the entity name based on Zug/Utrecht profiles
i.For Zug profiles – the company name should be

On Behalf of Koninklijke Douwe Egberts B.V
ii.For Utrecht profiles – the company name should be
1.Koninklijke Douwe Egberts B.V
m.Under the signature provide a text “Please return one copy of this contract duly signed and stamped”
n.JDE’s header and footer will be updated to the contract template.
* Add a new label “Insurance” -options will buyer /seller apend this with a hardcoded text – *to be covered*
