Automatic rounding to apply for lot calculation. If the computed number of lots is less than .5, populate the lower number of lots and if the computed lots equals or greater than .5, populate the higher number of lots
User doest need a message on screen which shows number of lots is e.g. 1.6 do you want to have 1 or 2 lots. Use the above logic to compute the lots.
