*Issue* : Can't add a condition on Additional Info > Conditions Area. Displayed a console error.
*Steps to replicate:*
1. Go to Contract Management > Create > New Contract
2. Input the required fiels and add sequence details
3. Click Update button and add Vessel details
4. Go to Additional Info Tab on Condition area add a condition
