Contracts have basis components enabled

Basis costs are created automatically in Contract based on the breakdown of basis provided on the contract. This is therefore not in the category of Other Costs . It is already considered as part of the item cost ( Futures + Basis is coming as cash price) which is considered as the item cost. Neither are they invoiced separately since they are already part of item cost.
In contract we have a flag "Basis" which can be used to identify these costs.
When you are creating IR from contract these costs should be ignored and shouldnt come in the charges tab.
