*Steps:*
1. Create item Contract
2. Save
3. Print Contract
*Issue:* The contract print for an Item Contract is having some alignment issues_(see description for screenshot)_
*Acceptance:*
1) Street address needs to be extended so that it does not wrap (ex. Return address needs "WEST" up on the street address line)
2) House number should be on street address line
