*This issue relates to i21 Help Desk ticket:* [ HDTN-282143 - bug: Contract P32948 was not submitted after Sequence Qty and UOM are modified|https://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live/#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-282143]
*Steps:*
1. Create a Basis contract with Basis in Sequence
2. Approved Contract
3. As submitter, remove sequence 1
4. Create a new sequence with Basis = 0
5. Click Update and Save contract
6. Below issue will occur.

Issue #1:
Hi,
See below contract that wasn't submitted for re approval after sequence is deleted and changes in the contract are done, but still remains signed/approved.
Please check what went wrong

Issue #2:
The second print screen shows a signed contract which has NEVER been signed by me! (Contact should read amendment and require re-approval. It was created after PeterB deleted the sequence of the first version of the contract).
And, if yes, did we agree that correcting the bug will only be implemented in the next version? It’s a CRITICAL bug!

The below error is displayed if user tried to amend a contract.
