Description *This issue relates to i21 Help Desk ticket:* [ HDTN-270574 - 20.1 8th Maintenance Release Testing|https://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live/#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-270574]   Steps:   1. Open Contract 10526   2. Update contract status to Re-opened   3. Create Load Out ticket and distribute 1,000 QTY     Issue:   SBD is logged   !pastedImage_d194646_0.png|height=309,width=562!     Accepted:   Should not show SBD until all QTY is distributed.     Note:   Contract 10526 is manually priced before rebuild. Also, replicated is new contract.
