This issue is reproducible in Hershey QC environment which is upgraded to 22.1 version
Steps:
Create a new contract or open the saved contract
In the Vessel tab select the Storage Location
Issue:
Getting a error warning message as

Acceptance:
It should allow to select the Storage Location without any error message
