Steps:
1. Create Contract
- Start Date = 1st day of current Month
- End Date = 15th day of current Month
2. Save Contract
3. Verify End Date in sequence
Issue:
Opening an existing contract and then double clicking on the sequence, the End Date of the sequence defaults to the last day of the month. Happens with all contracts.

Accepted:
End Date in sequence should be 15th day of current month and should not be defaulted to the last day of the month.
