*STEPS*
+DWG+
A. Create basis contract with DWG > create ticket > distribute to contract > Post DWG (higher than contracted)
1. Create contract = 1000
2. Create Ticket = 1000
3. POST DWG = 1500
4. Contract does not update (Same in 18.3)
5. Check DPR Summary Log
B. Create priced contract with DWG > create ticket > distribute to contract > Post DWG (higher than contracted)
1. Create contract = 1000
2. Create Ticket = 1000
3. Post DWG = 1500
4. Contract does not update (Same in 18.3)
5. Check DPR Summary Log
*ISSUE*
Contract Qty does not updated but adjustment is linked to contract

*ACCEPTANCE*
See: IC-10410. CT must provide an fn that will help IC how much was the overage? IC will provide the Qty for a contract and CT will return the overage Qty.
