*Steps* :
1. Create purchase and sale contract
2. Submit and Approve purchase contract
3. Allocate purchase and sale contract
4. Submit and Approve sale contract
5. Deallocate a S-Contract
6. Cancel the S-Contract
7. Submit for approval
*Issue* : Cancelling contract requires allocation. User gets the below error message while trying to Submit for a cancel Contract.
