*Steps:*
1. Open the contract "29237"
Note: contract is price fixed but pricing type shows as basis in live.

*Issue:*
When we check whether price contract is approved or not in the procedure "uspCTLoadContractDetails", screen Id filter is missing in the table tblSMTransaction.
*Expectation:*
We should have a screen Id filter while checking whether price contract is approved or not using tblSMTransaction table.
