Receipt has six containers and user is trying to create a voucher only two containers because sample is approved only two containers.
*Steps*
1. Go to inventory receipt and search "IR-0126"
2. Open inventory receipt and Click on Voucher
3. Open the newly created voucher
4. Remove voucher line item
5. Click on Save
*Issue*
User is getting below error

*Expectation*
System should allow user to remove the voucher line item which they are not paying now.
