*Steps*
1. Open a sales contract "S-0045"
2. Click on "Print-->Contract"
*Issue*
User is getting below page.

*Expectation*
System should print commitment sales contract-future only document.
Note
When customer has a phone number, then it prints, otherwise it is not printing it.
Phone number is not printing in the document.
Phone number table should not be a inner join, it should be a left join or that table may not require in the report stored procedure itself.
