*Acceptance: New Requirement*
LSM paid for an enhancement (CT-5586)f or their contract that included putting the two approver's signatures on the contract. When I spoke to them today, Lynn indicated that he wanted the Buyer or Salesperson (whoever is creating the sale or purchase contract) to be the signature on the left side of the contract. So this would work more like our standard contract. I need the Grain-LSM2021 form to show this signature. As Lynn put it, it looks like we don't trust our traders if the approvers are on there, and the relationship with the customer/vendor sits with them.
I am not sure where the miscommunication occurred on this, but it appears they have had a change of heart from what was in the BPR. We are gearing up for UAP testing and they are going live on 3/21/22. The rest of the contract form is fine, it is just the signature piece that needs to be addressed.
