Steps:
1. Create Sale contract with 1,000 QTY
2. Create ticket with distribution = contract
- Ticket 1 = 100
3. Full Price the contract
4. Short Closed the contract
5. Delete contract priced
6. Re-opened the contract
Issue:
Logs in Basis Deliveries is removed after Re-opening the sequence.
