The contract DMS deletion does not delete the file on the BU side and thus creates a bug mentioned in FRM-10087.
*Steps:* Replicate steps of [http://jira.irelyserver.com/secure/Tests.jspa#/testCase/STR-T520]
*Issue:* Previous records from DMS tab are deleted when new email is sent
*Acceptance:* Remove the contract custom deletion and the framework team will provide a way to delete the files properly.
