1. Create a Purchase HTA with 5000 quantity
2. Add sequence
3. Update sequence and Save the contract
4. Reopen the sequence and change to Priced
5. Update sequence and Save the contract
6. Edit Qty of the contract (both header and sequence) - from 5000 to 1000 qty
7. Update sequence and Save the contract
*Issue* : After updating the qty of the HTA contract from 5000 to 1000, Purchase HTA bucket increases
