I'm having an issue with the balance on basis contract 4344. I was working on pricing 5000 bushel of this and I tried to slice it. I'm thinking that may have been a bad idea...It didn't look right so I removed seq 2 and now it has an applied amount of 14,837.7963, leaving a negative balance. There should be a balance of 162.2037.

*Issue:* Sequence is sliced less than the applied qty
*Accepted:* Should not allow to slice sequence less than the applied qty
