Steps
1. Create a new contract and save it
2. Choose a sequence and click on Email
or
Create a release instruction and click on Email

Issue
Document document/Release instruction is not attached automatically in DMS.

Expectation
Whenever user sends document document to supplier or sends release instruction to supplier through i21 mail screen from contract screen, document should be attached in DMS.
Note
It was working earlier. now looks like it is in DMS without contract number.
