JDE customer has reported the below issue in their Live environment after it was upgraded to 21.2 v
Steps:
In the contract search screen, select some contracts of same vendor
Click on Email button
Issue:
In the Email box, cannot edit any content in the body of the email and also the contract number link is not displayed in the body of the email.

Acceptance:
In the Email box system should allow to edit the content of the body and also should display the selected contract number link.
It should work as it working now in the TE environment which is of 20.1 v. Attached is the video "Email Box - TE" for your reference
