Multiple invoices are duplicating. SI-6557 is generating an invoice off ticket 18897 that was done and invoice on nov 12th. this invoice popped up on it's own today and no idea why
SI-6558 and SI-6556 are duplicates both pulling ticket 19371 but oddly for different weights.
This is happening with multiple invoices, so they have stopped invoicing completely.
I do not that the duplicate invoice (SI-6558) has multiple line items, and the number of line items had changed from the first time I viewed the invoice to the next.
Step to recreate the issue
# Create a basis contract and fully price it.
## It Grades and Weight should be Destination
# Create a Ticket under the contract and distribute it
## Underrage the gross weight
### in my testing, the ticket gross is 41640 and the destination gross weight is 40640
# Check the invoice
# Repeat the step until a duplicate invoice detail it appears in one of the created invoices
## In my testing, it appears after 5 invoice

Issue: Invoice detail is duplicated
Acceptance: Created invoice should not changed/duplicated after succeeding tickets for the same contract is distributed.
